What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Returns will be accepted within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date if item is damaged Once damaged merchandise is received back, your money will be refunded or the item will be replaced. We are not responsible for stolen or lost shipments. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on final-sale items or custom commissioned work, framed artwork, or hand-foiled state prints. Custom wedding pieces/suites/invitations can not be returned after client has signed off on final proofs.

Dot&Jot will never share, sell or distribute your contact or transaction information to any third party. The information we collect is only used as necessary to contact you about your order.
Yes! We would love to create something special and unique fro your big day. Due to the extensive time involved in collaborating on these projects, we are only able to book a select number of custom event suites each year.
